Let us not be the group of people that just attend the church; let us be the church and do the
church. Yes, do - manifest the acts of the church as seen in the book of Acts. The book of Acts
defines the acts that were manifested by the early church. The acts that were demonstrated is
coming around full circle. To name a few, those acts consisted of people who loved God and
feared God, who loved each other and worked together, caring for the needs of others, growing
the people up (maturity), transforming cities, walking in power, using their God given authority,
healing the sick, casting out demons, raising the dead, and much more.
Though it seems as if the devil is winning and we don’t have a whole lot of time left here,
there’s an urgency in my Spirit to sound the alarm. As the church we must wake up, rise up and
win as many people as we can to Jesus. We must wise up like the five wise virgins, live on
purpose, live intentionally, and be prepared to meet Jesus.
I see the face of the church changing. I see a company of people that are waking up, rising up,
wising up, coming forth moving in power and walking in authority. They are real people, with
real problems real issues, no platforms, no well-known names but characterized by God’s
power manifesting through them. The restoration of the church is here, and the gates of hell
shall not prevail against it. God is pouring out His Spirit! Our sons and daughters are
prophesying, our younger men are seeing visions and our older men are dreaming dreams.
I leave you with this. Let’s Wake up, Rise up and Wise up and be the nobodies that will tell
everybody about somebody (Jesus) that can save anybody, living on purpose and intentionally
waiting for Jesus’s return!

Three important aspects of the Resurrection are the slain lamb (Jesus), his Blood, and the cross which signifies the type of death. It is these components that confirm the importance of the cross as we can see in Galatians 6:14, because it was through all three that His finished work purchased our salvation.
The Lord impressed in my spirit that during resurrection season many focuses are placed more on the cross without emphasizing the central importance of the blood and its power that continually provides manifold benefits to us. Since we are the beneficiaries of the blood, He wants us to apply it and give more significance to His precious Blood. The Blood is our life- line, that purifies, cleanses, heals, protects, shelters and so much more and it is one of the greatest weapons to be used in everyday spiritual warfare.
Which now brings us to the seven-fold application of the blood:
The spirit of the Lord said to encourage the believers to place more emphasis on the blood, so we won’t live beneath the power of the blood, and we won’t limit the power of the blood. We would understand its central purpose for our lives and the daily need to apply it.
Luke 22:19 (KJV) And he took bread, and gave thanks, and break it, and gave unto them, saying, this is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
Notice that in these words Jesus didn’t ask us to remember His birth, or His resurrection and yet it is ok to do so, however, He tells us to remember his death which points us to the blood and the cross and the significance of it because it was through the resurrection, we now have access to the blood.
Jesus’s death by crucifixion was a process that incurred a great deal of blood that was shed to cover the sins of the whole world and it is the lasting eternal power of the blood that continues to work for mankind today.
The sprinkling of blood began in the garden of Gethsemane: where His sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling to the ground, then at the house of the high priests, during the pulling out of his beard, his scourging, the placing of a crown of thorns on His head, His marred visage, being nailed to the cross, being thrusted in His side with a spear. This process represents the Seven-fold sprinkling of his blood. Then we have His seven sayings that accompanied this process on the cross. The last of the sayings, "it is finished", concluding that all our sins from the cradle to the grave were paid for by blood of the lamb (Jesus.) For without the shedding of blood there is no remissions for our sins. Hebrews 9:22
It is the application of the blood that will protect us. We overcome by the blood of lamb (Jesus) and the word of our testimony. Revelation 12:11 and by identifying what the will of God is. 1 John 2:17
The blood that Jesus shed then is the blood that continues to give us life now. And we are to apply it by the word of our testimony. There are so many benefits from the blood that will never lose its power. May we become more and more aware of the wonder working power of the blood and its benefits to us, for us, in us and with us.
Let’s apply it daily and experience its benefits!!!!
